Our personal favourite (one of many, if we’re being completely truthful) is Domaine Du Paternel. With three generations having succeeded each other at the head of this vineyard, you can taste the history and culture in every sip. Endless beautiful grape plants flow over the rolling hills of this winery as you sit on their front porch and marvel in the beauty of the landscape and the crisp, floral and flinty notes of the wine. If you happen to choose to stay in Maison 9, ask the hosts about the diving expeditions and equipment they offer and take a day to be one with the ocean.
